Oh, and last week… totally glossed over Super Xevious in the Archives. How’d that happen? Anyway, moving on. So, picture this: we’re like four weeks, give or take, from Switch 2 launching and everyone’s buzzing about Japan. Why? A remake of, drumroll, Tokimeki Memorial. But here’s the kicker: that could get overshadowed. And why, you ask? Because if it pops up in the Switch 1 Direct, well, that’s a big deal. Suddenly, High on Life snatches the spotlight, mostly because the dude behind Rick and Morty (before, you know, the ‘scandal’) is leading it.

Side note: Spiritfall on Friday kinda caught my eye too. There’s a price jump for the EggConsole line because it’s going to the PC-98 family with Rune Worth. If you don’t speak Japanese? Good luck playing that.

Meanwhile, over in Europe, Switch 2 pre-launch sales are already up on the eShop. So, if you’re playing trivia anytime soon, remember: the answer is Hitman: World of Assassination.

Okay, so what’s cooking for North America?

• High on Life: You’ll need $39.99 or C$51.99 by Tuesday.
• Ship Graveyard Simulator 2: A crisp twenty-nine ninety-nine USD or forty-one ninety-nine CAD.
• Captain Blood: Dropping Tuesday for $24.99 USD, $34.99 CAD.

The list goes on… Mirage: Ignis Fatuus, Chaos Galaxy 2… Spiritfall’s on Friday for $19.99 US. Meanwhile, Dunk Dunk’s a bit cheaper.

Then there’s… what else? Oh, Strings Theory, Pet The Pup At The Party on Monday, Game Builder Tycoon midweek. Laundry Simulator 2025 and World Cup Soccer 2026 also appear on the horizon, along with more niche titles like Capybara Zen and Kill The Emoji 2.

For Europe, the lineup shifts just a tad, and the prices, well, do the conversion shuffle. We’ve got High on Life for €36.49. Spiritfall premieres Friday at €18.99. Chaos Galaxy 2 hits Wednesday. Dunk Dunk’s up here too.

Japan doesn’t miss out either, though it’s where Tokimeki Memorial gets all sentimental with its ¥6600 sticker. Other titles line up, but hey, can’t cover ’em all.
