Hey, so here’s the latest on Fortnite. Maybe you’re into it, maybe not, but here goes nothing. Somebody out there, one of those leakers—you know the type—has been whispering about Epic Games throwing a new game mode into Fortnite. It’s like this thing where six players team up, going tête-à-tête with others in these kinda smallish lobbies. Yeah, it’s called “Six Stack” or something like that. Feels like they’re trying to shake things up in Chapter 6, Season 3. Can’t lie, seeing Superman clash with Robin and all is a trip, right?
Oh! And Blitz Royale. Originally for mobile, now they let everybody play it. I tried it, and it’s super quick—five minutes and boom, game over. Plus, now they’ve gone and added an extra month for us to mess around with it. More weapons, a new spot on the map, bunch of shiny new stuff soon. Cool deal, nothing ground-breaking, but it gets the job done.
Speaking of which, you know that leaker guy? Yeah, he popped up on Twitter saying another mode called “Six Stack” could drop. It’s got builds, 78 players per match. Sounds odd, right? Plus, they’re teasing us about some “Wacky Weekends” flair. No clue what that means, like do you have to wear a clown suit or something?
Anyway—wait—pivoting here. Fantastic Four skins could join the fray. Dataminers, sneaky as ever, dug up stuff about Mister Fantastic, Human Torch, the whole shebang. Rumor is, they’re arriving with The Fantastic Four: First Steps flick end of July. All hyped and ready? Who knows.
There’s also this buzz about a free sports car? A Corvette Chevrolet ZR1. They claim it’s coming for the Summer Road Trip event on July 22. Freebies are always sweet, aren’t they? No confirmations from Epic yet, so take it with a spoonful of skepticism.
