Sure, here it is:
So, I just got back from Pax East, and yeah, the latest Warframe update’s out there, and they went all out with this one. I mean, a spider-themed warframe? Really? Her name’s Oraxia, and she’s gonna be part of this Isleweaver thing in June. No exact date, though. Why the secrecy every time? shrugs
Anyway, Oraxia’s chilling solo on her island in Duviri. That place popped up in 2023 and is getting a bit of a makeover now. Kinda like a house with cobwebs—not literally, though that’d be fitting. Players are supposed to track her down to get stuff, in exchange for the 61st warframe. Sounds easy, right? If only…
This spider thing’s been a running joke among the Digital Extremes crew—like, fans have been buzzing about it forever. They’ve done monster frames before, like Voruna, the werewolf (remember the chaos on Lua farms? Yikes), Sevagoth the ghost, and Inaros the mummy. Oraxia was inevitable, I guess. But let’s be real, Limbo’s still the creepiest, hands down.
So, Isleweaver isn’t just about hunting spiders, apparently. There’s this big narrative leap too, with Major Neci Rusalka waltzing into Duviri. She’s got control now, somehow. It’s like taking over a city in your pajamas. And get this, players can finally use their weapons! Usually, Duviri’s all rogue-like and restrictive. Nice change, huh?
Oh, for the Valkyr fans—there’s a rework coming. She’s getting this whole rage thing, kinda like… well, I don’t know what it’s like, but it’s a big deal. Duviri’s been a mixed bag; some players think it’s the best thing ever, while others feel like it snatched away their toys. You know what I mean? Maybe this update will cater to both sides—fingers crossed.
We’re all just hanging tight until June. Who knows what surprises are hiding in there?
Looking forward to Isleweaver? Oraxia got you hyped? Leave your thoughts below, I’m all ears.
