Alright, so here I am, trying to make sense of something that’s got me totally hooked: mixing up that wild ride known as KPop Demon Hunters with my forever obsession, Star Wars. Seriously, if you’d told me this was gonna happen—Cal Kestis and crew mingling with Rumi, Zoey, and Mira from HUNTR/X—I probably would’ve just laughed it off. But here we are. And it’s not like it makes any sense. Or maybe it totally does? Who knows.
What’s the link? Well, they’re all about kicking butt and keeping it stylish. There’s this video by AnimatedJen that’s just… yeah, you gotta see it. It’s the kind of thing that makes you feel pumped in the morning. Not even joking.
The scene’s got “How It’s Done” from HUNTR/X playing while Cal Kestis teams with Bode Akuna and Merrin to go all ninja on the Empire’s goons. They’re not skydiving or anything, but hey, their moves are epic enough without that.
“You want some more? Cal, I think they want some more,” Bode says. And then BAM—Cal’s kicking some shoretrooper tail, and Bode’s doing his jetpack thing with a punch that’s just brutal. Merrin’s got this twirl that makes you go, “Whoa, did that just happen?” And guess what? There’s more action to come. Love it.
Been following AnimatedJen’s stuff for ages, honestly. The dude puts in real love, crafting these alternate tales with Cal Kestis. Like, what if Cal was an Inquisitor? Totally down for that storyline! The games are buzzing with fans wanting to see these characters make the big leap to live-action someday.
It’s this fan creativity, you know? Taking Star Wars and giving it these wild spins. Canon? Ha! Who even cares about canon. Imagine Cal, Merrin, and, okay, Bode (yeah, yeah, we remember, Bode) using K-Pop powers against stormtroopers. Who’s gonna say no? No one, that’s who! Let’s dub them MANT/S. Now, is Cere Junda their manager? Someone, please, write this up on AO3 just for me. And oh, modders—how about those outfits? Just a suggestion.
Gotta dash—the Jedi: Fallen Order is calling, and it’s time to crank up “Takedown” while I slice and dice through some Imperial baddies. Catch ya later!
